The ‘crowd-out’ technique is a simple tool that I learned in nutrition school that really helped me on my health and weight loss journey and it’s super simple!
Instead of focusing on all of the foods, you believe you need to eliminate from your diet to reach your health and/or weight loss goals, focus on all of the things you get to incorporate!
Choose one or two foods or habits at a time until it feels automatic. As you build better habits the old habits will just fall away (no need to push or resist!).
